Susan B. Kasser

Susan Kasser is a Managing Director at Neuberger Berman with extensive experience in private debt portfolio management. Prior to their current role, Susan was a Principal at The Carlyle Group, focusing on mezzanine investments. Susan has a successful track record in deal origination, evaluation, execution, and restructuring across various industries. Susan also has experience in leveraged finance and private equity from their time at Goldman Sachs. Susan holds a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Brandeis University and an MA in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School.
