Julien Noyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental management and public service. Currently serving as Chef de la section Coordinations et déchets at the Service de l'énergie et de l'environnement in the Canton of Neuchâtel since October 2020, Julien Noyer previously held positions such as Député vert'libéral at the Grand Conseil from May 2021 to June 2022, and Environmental Engineer at Environnement & Sciences aquatiques Aquarius Sàrl from July 2014 to October 2020, specializing in environmental impact studies and biological engineering.
