Chad Patton has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Chad began their career in 1992 in the United States Air Force, where they held various staff and leadership positions in the information technology career field. Throughout their Air Force career, they gained extensive experience in project/program management, budget development and management, network operations, and process improvement.
After leaving the Air Force in 2015, Chad joined Armor Defense Inc. as the Director of Security Infrastructure and Corporate IT. In this role, they provided comprehensive leadership and was responsible for technology initiatives, cybersecurity infrastructures, and improving technical and operational performance.
In 2017, Chad moved to Critical Start, where they held multiple roles, including Director of PMO, Project Manager, and eventually, VP of Service Delivery. As VP of Service Delivery, they led a professional service team and was accountable for program management, customer success, and corporate IT services.
In 2020, Chad joined Neudesic as a Senior Engagement Manager. This role implies that they are responsible for overseeing the engagement and success of clients, managing projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Throughout their career, Chad has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Chad Patton completed their education at Kansas State University from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Troy University, earning a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Public Administration / Management Information Systems.
