Chayanand Reddy

Chayanand Reddy has extensive work experience in talent acquisition. Chayanand is currently working as a Manager - Talent Acquisition at Neudesic since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Innominds where they held multiple roles, including Associate Manager- Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Lead from November 2014 to April 2022. Chayanand also has experience at Dell as a Talent Acquisition Analyst from June 2012 to November 2014, where they were responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Managed Service Program and managed end-to-end contingent staffing recruitment. Chayanand began their career as an IT Recruiter at Shreyas Integrated Systems Pvt Ltd. from May 2008 to June 2012, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes.

Chayanand Reddy completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources from Mysore University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Bangalore University. In addition to their formal education, Chayanand has also achieved multiple certifications in Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, all obtained in July 2023.
