Clayton Lengel-Zigich

Clayton Lengel-Zigich has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Clayton is currently working as the Director of Client Solutions at Neudesic since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Engineering at Bodybuilding.com from April 2021 to September 2021.

From 2015 to 2021, Clayton worked at Trusona, where they held multiple positions. As the Senior Director of Product Management, they successfully planned, managed, and executed the delivery of a new product for a large U.S. bank, generating $1 million in new ARR. Before that, they served as the Senior Software Developer Team Lead, implementing team-wide improvement processes and creating a lightweight SDLC focused on continuous delivery.

Before joining Trusona, Clayton worked at Cisco from March 2014 to August 2015 as an Agile Practitioner, coaching multiple teams and collaborating with team leads on feature roadmaps. Clayton also built and led a QA team to introduce better technical practices and enable continuous delivery.

Prior to their time at Cisco, Clayton worked at Integrum from November 2008 to August 2014 as an Agile Practitioner. Clayton closely worked with management and organizational leaders to adapt to agile teams and facilitated the creation of new products.

Clayton started their career as a Developer at VISIONN Creative Marketing from May 2006 to November 2008. Clayton also had experience as a Freelance Developer from May 2005 to May 2006.

Clayton Lengel-Zigich pursued their education from 2001 to 2006 at Arizona State University, where they completed a degree in Computer Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, Clayton obtained the Certified Scrum Professional certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2011. Clayton also holds certifications in Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance.
