Crystal Ventura has extensive work experience in the legal field. Crystal is currently the Vice President and General Counsel at Neudesic, where they are responsible for managing the legal team and handling complex transactions, data privacy/security considerations, corporate governance, and employment matters. Prior to Neudesic, Crystal was a Member at TechGC.

In 2015, Crystal became a Board Member at ACC Southern California, where they co-chaired the Membership and So-Cal Works committees and was a member of the Communications committee. Crystal also joined ACC's CLO Club, a global community exclusively comprised of chief legal officers.

From 2015 to 2021, Crystal worked at Mazda North American Operations as a Corporate Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Crystal'sprimary legal support areas included technology, employment law, and diversity & inclusion.

Before that, Crystal was a Supervising Attorney and later a Senior Attorney in the Contracts Group at Toyota USA, where they supervised a team of transactional attorneys and provided legal support on complex technology transactions.

Crystal began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at LEICHTER LAW, focusing on family law and child custody matters with litigation experience.

Crystal Ventura completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Environmental Systems and Society at UCLA from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Crystal Ventura also holds certification as a California Licensed Attorney, obtained from The State Bar of California.
