Dhruv Patel

Dhruv Patel has a strong background in data science and analysis. Dhruv started their career as a Data Analyst Intern at MU-Tech Unified Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2016. In 2019, they joined AI Foundry as a Machine Learning Intern, where they developed and implemented complex CNN models for classifying mortgage document images with high accuracy. Dhruv also worked on text extraction from various documents and trained an OCR engine to convert printed text into machine-encoded text. Currently, Dhruv is working at Neudesic as a Senior Data Scientist, where they continue to apply their expertise in data science.

Dhruv Patel completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering at the University of Mumbai from 2013 to 2017. Dhruv then pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems at Northeastern University from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Dhruv obtained several certifications. Dhruv became a Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate from Microsoft in June 2021 and a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in October 2020. In June 2019, they earned a certification in Convolutional Neural Networks from deeplearning.ai, and also completed the Hadoop Platform and Application Framework course at the University of California San Diego. Furthermore, Dhruv obtained the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate in June 2019, the Tableau 10 Advanced Training from Udemy in August 2018, and the Tableau 10 A-Z Hands On Tableau Training For Data Science from Udemy in May 2018. Dhruv further enhanced their skills by completing the Intermediate Python for Data Science, Intro to Python for Data Science, and Python Data Science Toolbox courses from DataCamp in January 2018. Lastly, Dhruv obtained the Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer certification from Oracle in April 2016.
