Lindsay Fermstad

Lindsay Fermstad (Cox) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lindsay is currently working at Neudesic as a Senior Enterprise Client Executive since June 2023. Prior to that, Lindsay was a Member at Chief, a private network focused on empowering women executives, from July 2022. Lindsay also served as the VP, Head of Business Development & Partnerships at Kopius, Inc., a digital services firm, from 2021 until June 2023.

Lindsay Fermstad (Cox) holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Washington State University. In addition to their degree, Lindsay has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner and Telecommunications Insights & Solutions (Silver) certifications from IBM in October 2019, Telecommunications Industry Foundation certification from IBM in September 2019, Team Solution Design certification from IBM in February 2018, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification from Salesforce in September 2016, and Certified Travel Expert (CTE) certification from GBTA | Global Business Travel Association in May 2010. Lindsay also holds a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
