Steven Felger

Steven Felger has over a decade of work experience in various roles, industries, and sectors. Steven is currently working as a Sr. Client Executive at Neudesic, where they drive the adoption of transformative technologies by building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Steven has expertise in enterprise technology integration, IT strategy development, relationship building, cross-functional team leadership, project management, business process optimization, pre-sales, and technical consultation.

Prior to joining Neudesic, Steven worked as a Director of Client Delivery at the SoCal account team, where they developed account strategies, led proposal development, and maintained strategic account relationships. Steven partnered with Microsoft and IBM to deliver innovative and scalable solutions across various sectors.

Before that, Steven served as a Principal Program Manager at CoreLogic, responsible for managing program enhancements and transformations. Steven also worked as the President of AIM Execution Consulting, Inc, providing strategic program consulting services, organizational change management, and developing structured solutions for clients.

Steven's experience also includes working as a Senior Management Consultant and IT Project Management Consultant at Gartner, where they developed business capability models, improved PMOs and PPM operations, and supported county innovation initiatives.

Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, establishing and maintaining relationships with key tactical leaders and driving engagement for major IT initiatives.

Steven also has experience as a Project Manager at HP, where they evaluated process gaps, managed project pipelines, established financial forecasting processes, assessed customer requirements, and led the PMO.

Steven began their career in the United States Air Force, serving as an Air Refueling Operations Scheduler and later as an in-flight refueling instructor.

Steven Felger is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Global Leadership and Change at Pepperdine University, starting in 2020.

From 2013 to 2015, Steven obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from San Diego State University.

In 2018, Steven completed a Certificate Program in Mastering Design Thinking at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

In 2008, Steven earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they attended from 2008 to 2012.

Additionally, from 2008 to 2010, Steven studied Aerospace Operations Management at the Community College of the Air Force.

In terms of certifications, Steven obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in June 2022.
