Katharina Döpke

Katharina Doepke is a seasoned professional in IT project management and digital transformation with extensive experience in building and leading international teams. Currently serving as the Head Coach IT Project Management at neuefische GmbH, Katharina is responsible for developing the curriculum and running the IT Project Management bootcamp. As a Digital Project, People & Organisation Leader, Katharina manages complex digital projects, facilitates organizational development, and provides coaching for project managers. Previous roles include Head of Operations at Factorial GmbH, where Katharina focused on digital consulting and agile coaching, and Team Lead Community Programs at XING, overseeing community management and strategic program expansion. Katharina holds a Master’s degree in Commerce à l'international from Paris-Sud University and a Diplom Betriebswirt in Business Management from Fachhochschule Kiel.
