Hemchandra Peruvelli

Hemchandra Peruvelli has extensive work experience in human resources. Hemchandra is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Neuland Laboratories Limited since 2022. Previously, they worked as the Chief Human Resource Officer at HIL Limited from 2017 to 2022.

Prior to that, Hemchandra held the position of Group General Manager, HR at ALI BIN ALI from 2015 to 2017. Hemchandra was responsible for managing all aspects of HR for the 20+ businesses within the group, including sourcing, compensation management, HR policies, performance management, leadership development, and organization effectiveness.

Hemchandra also had roles in the HR department at Alghanim Industries, serving as HR Director - Automotive and GTRC in 2015, Director, Corporate HR and Compensation from 2010 to 2014, and Director, Recruitment and Compensation from 2007 to 2010.

Before that, they worked at Ooredoo Qatar as the Head of Compensation from 2003 to 2006, at Asian Paints as Manager Human Resources from 2002 to 2003, at HSBC India as an Asst. Manager - Human Resources from 2001 to 2002, and at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare as Deputy HR Manager from 1996 to 2001.

Hemchandra Peruvelli completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with honors from Hansraj College, Delhi, from 1991 to 1994. Hemchandra completed their secondary education at Loyola High School, Jamshedpur, from 1978 to 1991. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in 2022 and Hogan Assessment from ThreeFish Consulting India in 2018. Hemchandra is also a member of the International Coaching Federation and holds the ICF Member Badge obtained in July 2022.
