Joseph Deans, CFA

Joseph Deans, CFA has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and development. Joseph began their career in 2002 as a Research Analyst, Structured Finance and Private Placements at AEGON Americas. Joseph then moved to Kindred Healthcare in 2006 as Director, Corporate Development and Financial Planning. In 2011, they joined Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. as Vice President, Acquisitions and Development. In 2020, they became Vice President, Corporate Development at Wellpath. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development at NeuLife Rehabilitation.

Joseph Deans received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kentucky in 1999. In 2002, they earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville. Joseph also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the 162977 institution.
