Susan E. Marcello, CHES®, currently serves as a Guest Lecturer at Neumann University, where responsibilities include promoting Health Education as a career path and facilitating discussions on the CHES certification process. With a robust background in healthcare, experience includes a role as a Unit Health Coordinator at Crozer-Keystone Health System, focusing on patient care coordination and safety while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Previous positions involve customer service roles at Keystone First, where services were provided to over 700,000 members, and at Global Spectrum, managing game day events and customer interactions. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a business minor from Millersville University and has completed coursework for CHES certification in Public Health Education and Promotion at West Chester University.
