Emily Rau

Emily Rau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of orthotics and prosthetics. Currently, Emily serves as a Manager at Bionics Orthotics & Prosthetics, overseeing daily operations and implementing long-term improvements while also acting as a liaison with healthcare professionals. As a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist, Emily conducts patient evaluations and fabricates orthotic and prosthetic devices. In addition to this role, Emily is a Guest Lecturer at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where advanced Occupational Therapy students learn about the function of prosthetic devices. Emily's background includes a Master's degree in Orthotics & Prosthetics from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Michigan State University, as well as various roles in clinical settings and design.
