Earl K. Miller

Earl K. Miller, PhD, is a prominent neuroscientist with extensive experience in academia and industry. As Co-Founder of Neuroblox, Inc. since January 2025, Miller also serves as Chair of the Advisory Board at the Brain Health Research Institute at Kent State University and is part of the Science Advisory Board at Neurable. Additionally, Miller has held the position of Chief Scientist at SplitSage since August 2014 and has been the Senior Editor for the Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience since January 2003. At MIT, Miller has held various academic roles since 1995, including Picower Professor of Neuroscience and Director of Graduate Studies in Brain and Cognitive Sciences. Previous advisory engagements include the International Centre for Research on the Biology of Memory and Nielsen NeuroFocus, and Miller has experience as an expert witness in memory and cognition. Academic credentials include a BA in Psychology and Neuroscience from Kent State University, followed by an MA and Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Princeton University.
