Jorge Zapata Godoy has a diverse work experience in the fields of data science, software development, artificial intelligence, and academia.

Starting in 2018, Jorge worked as an Admissions Advisor at LEAD University, where they provided academic and enrollment assistance to incoming students. During this time, they also had a role as a Maker at Inventoria LEAD, where they utilized 3D printing, laser cutting, and Arduino electronics for rapid prototyping.

In 2019, Jorge co-founded Neural Coders and served as the Chief Technology Officer. In this role, they were responsible for technology and development, including cloud computing architecture and software development.

From 2019 to 2020, Jorge worked at Loopa Analytics as a Programmer and Cybersecurity Specialist. Jorge developed software in Python and R for data science purposes, conducted data cleaning and transformation, and coordinated cybersecurity policies for the company.
