Dmitry Pozharskiy

Dmitry Pozharskiy has a diverse work experience ranging from research engineering to teaching and software development. Dmitry began their career as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the National Technical University of Athens, where they oversaw computer lab components of undergraduate courses and contributed to ongoing research projects through software development. Dmitry then worked as an Intern at Hyperion Systems Engineering Ltd., where they learned to read and understand process PFDs and P&IDs and developed skills in dynamic process modeling. Dmitry pursued further education at Princeton University as a PHD Candidate, focusing on two research projects. Their work involved combining machine learning algorithms for dimensionality reduction and manifold learning with stochastic optimization methods. Additionally, they served as a Teaching Assistant, supervising experiments and assisting students in processing data and writing technical reports. More recently, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at iGenius, the AI company, before joining Neural Concept as a Research Engineer in 2019.

Dmitry Pozharskiy attended the National Technical University of Athens from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Diploma in Chemical Engineering. Dmitry then pursued further education at Princeton University, starting in 2012. Dmitry obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Princeton University in 2014. Dmitry continued their studies and successfully completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering at Princeton University in 2017.
