Bálint Szedmák

Bálint Szedmák has been working in the software engineering field since 2013. In 2013, they started as a Junior Software Developer at ConSense Ltd., where they developed in Kohana framework, focusing on the backend in PHP. In 2014, they moved to ERISE HUNGARY Kft. as a Software Developer, where they started as a lead developer of a small Zend project and gained experience on leading a small team. In 2016, they took an Embedded Software Developer Internship at BME-Infokom Innovátor Nonprofit Kft., where they built a Raspberry Pi based, WiFi controlled robot car with low latency video stream. In 2017, they moved to CodeCluster Ltd. as a Backend Software Developer. In 2018, they joined Digitlean Ltd. as an Embedded Software Engineer, where they designed the PCB and Firmware for an ESP32 microcontroller based industrial Lean measurement device, implemented the continuous deployment system for the backend and other services of the application, and led the hardware building team. In 2021, they joined Neural DSP Technologies as an Embedded System Engineer.

Bálint Szedmák attended Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2010 to 2019, where they earned a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering.
