Mark Kurtz

Mark Kurtz has a significant work experience in various roles related to machine learning and software engineering. Starting in 2010, they worked at Mueller Prost PC as a Data Analyst and Software Engineer, where they created tax credits statistics guidelines, analyzed and parsed client files, and authored Microsoft Office macros and software. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Answers.com as a Software Engineer. In 2015, they joined Aisle 411 as a Senior Software and ML Engineer. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Burst, Inc. as a Lead Software and ML Engineer. Currently, since November 2021, they are serving as the Director of Machine Learning at Neural Magic, where previously they held the position of Engineering Manager - Machine Learning from 2019 to November 2021.

Mark Kurtz earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Mathematics from Fontbonne University between 2010 and 2013. Mark then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis from 2013 to 2015. Mark later obtained a Master's Degree in Robotics Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, completing their studies between 2014 and 2016.
