Michał Rusin

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and blockchain solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects across various sectors by providing training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha has held board and advisory positions at organizations such as Share&Charge and the IIB Council, and has contributed as a senior blockchain developer at Sweetbridge, Inc. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has furthered education at MIT in fintech and completed a PMP certification.
