David Townley is the co-founder and CTO of Neurent Medical. David has extensive experience in the medical device sector with more than 18 years in research and development. He has held senior positions in R&D, technical operations and as a technology consultant in Ireland, USA and Australia. He has authored circa 50 patents (granted/pending) and led multiple medical devices from concept to market in the cardiovascular, ophthalmology, orthopaedic and Endo-surgery fields. David earned a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Quality and Technology Management.
