Jacky Junek

Jacky Junek is currently the VP of Legal at Neuro-ID. Prior to that, they were with TechGC, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, and GWG Holdings, Inc. In their previous role as Senior Counsel at GWG Holdings, they were responsible for drafting SEC compliance and filings, corporate governance, and Nasdaq compliance and filings. Jacky also prepared SEC periodic reports, proxy statements, registration statements, Section 16 filings, and Nasdaq filings. In addition, they worked with the Board and Board Committees as Corporate Secretary and legal advisor, including regarding corporate governance and compliance matters. Jacky also worked directly with compensation consultants and the Compensation Committee on the development of executive, board, and corporate compensation programs and award agreements. Furthermore, they managed the Human Resources Department and work with the Investor Relations group on investor communications and offerings documents. Finally, they prepared and negotiated strategic transaction and employment-related agreements.

After completing their undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota, Jacky Junek attended the University of Minnesota Law School where they earned their J.D.
