Alexey Shartukh has a diverse range of work experience in mechanical engineering and quality control. Alexey has recently worked as a Mechanical Engineer at neuro42, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at EPAM Systems from September 2019, where they held the role of Senior Mechanical Engineer. In this position, they were responsible for mechanical engineering design for medical, lab, and IoT devices, including the design of parts, 3D models, and drawings. Alexey also conducted various analyses such as static, thermal, and tolerance analysis, and was involved in hands-on prototyping, R&D for materials and components, and the development of technical documents. Before joining EPAM Systems, Alexey worked as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at SJC Nemanskaya Iskra from August 2017 to August 2019, where they were involved in mechanical design projects. Prior to that, they worked briefly as a Support Engineer at Gurtam in August 2017, providing client support for the Wialon product. Alexey's earlier work experience includes a position as a Mechanical Engineer and Quality Control Engineer at SC Group of Manufacturing Technologies and Aeronautical Engineering AEROMASH from December 2013 to January 2016, where they were involved in manufacturing process design and designing body parts for drones and aircraft simulators. Alexey also worked as a Mechanical Engineer, CNC programmer, and Quality Control Engineer at EAST VECTOR PLUS from August 2010 to December 2013, where they were responsible for manufacturing process design for machining parts for automotive, CNC programming, and quality assurance.
Alexey Shartukh completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from Belarusian National Technical University between 2005 and 2010. In 2017, they obtained a Diploma of Informational Technologies and Administration from Belarusian State University, specializing in Software for Computer Hardware and Automated Systems. Alexey also received a Diploma in Web Development from the Academy BIGROI in 2017.
In 2016, Alexey attended IT Academy Belarus and earned a Diploma in Manual QA Engineering. Prior to this, they completed a College Degree in Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Machinist Technology/CNC Machinist from Technical College of Manufacturing in the years 2001 to 2005.
Additionally, Alexey obtained several certifications. In February 2020, they completed the "Introduction to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing" certification from LinkedIn. Alexey also completed certifications in "SOLIDWORKS: Surfacing" and "SOLIDWORKS: Advanced Sketching" from LinkedIn in February 2020 and October 2019, respectively.
To further enhance their language skills, they attended Streamline Language School in 2016 and achieved an Upper Intermediate level in English Language and Literature.
