Alex Knight-Williams

Alex Knight-Williams is a Senior Research Engineer and Team Lead at neurocat, where leadership of a cross-functional team has resulted in the development of MLOps software for AI systems. Significant achievements include architecting a Python backend that drastically reduced processing times for AI robustness pipelines and migrating critical components to a microservice architecture, thereby enhancing software release efficiency. Previously, Alex held roles in data science and machine learning, including positions at Ericsson and Babyshop Group, focusing on developing models for 5G mobile networks and customer retention. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Machine Learning from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, complemented by experience as a Mathematics and Classics teacher.
