Chiaki Santiago

Chiaki Santiago is an Associate Scientist at Neurocrine Biosciences as of June 2023, conducting In Vivo Electrophysiology preclinical studies aimed at developing new medications. Chiaki is also pursuing a PhD in Neuroscience at the University of California San Diego since 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Vanderbilt Center for Neuroscience Drug Discovery since January 2017, as well as being a student at Vanderbilt University from August 2015 to May 2019. Additionally, Chiaki volunteered at Yale New Haven Hospital during the summer of 2016 and worked as a tutor at Trumbull High School from January 2013 to August 2015.
