Ryan Burnett

Ryan Burnett serves as the Director of Gene Therapy Development at Neurocrine Biosciences, overseeing CMC Product and Analytical Development for gene therapy programs, managing a substantial annual budget, and leading cross-functional studies. Previously, Ryan held multiple positions at Tocagen Inc., culminating in the role of Associate Director of Product Development, where expertise in analytical development strategies and process validation was demonstrated. Ryan's early career included significant research roles at Tocagen and The Scripps Research Institute, focusing on innovative drug development techniques and molecular biology.
