Neal Smart

Neal Smart is currently the VP of Sales at NeuroFlow. Prior to joining NeuroFlow, Neal was the Operations Manager at Roundtrip, a high-growth startup. As the first employee of Roundtrip, Neal was responsible for constructing the framework for company operations to scale. Neal assisted in the growth of Roundtrip from inception to $1.5M ARR and $7.56M in total funding.

Prior to joining Roundtrip, Neal interned at EmCare. At EmCare, Neal was part of a team that won the Canadian National Championship in 2012 and 2015, and were runners up in 2013 and 2014.

Neal graduated from McGill University in 2016, where they were also a student-athlete on the university's track and field team. Neal was part of the team that won the Canadian National Championship in 2012 and 2015, and were runners up in 2013 and 2014.

Neal Smart received their Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Economics and International Development. Neal also has a HS degree from GLENBARD WEST HIGH SCHOOL. Neal is certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.

Neal Smart reports to Christopher Molaro, CEO & Founder. They are on a team with Jung-Hyun Kim - VP of Client Delivery, Adam Pardes - COO & Founder, and Julia Kastner - VP of Product.
