Brigid Lynn, PhD, MPH, currently serves as the Director of Research Design at the NeuroLeadership Institute, where responsibilities include facilitating learning experiences and designing mixed-method investigations to enhance organizational solutions. Previous roles include Senior Research & Evaluation Analyst at VentureWell, where Brigid focused on systematic methods for program evaluation, and Research Scientist at the Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences, conducting behavioral science research to support leader development and inclusive climates. Brigid's early career includes positions at the Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center and the Peace Corps, where experiences in health promotion and education were gained. Brigid holds a Ph.D. in Psychology in the Public Interest from North Carolina State University, a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a BA in General Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
