Lisa Gaines PCC is an accomplished leadership and team coach with extensive experience in workplace culture, change management, and emotional intelligence. Currently serving as the Lead Facilitator and Coach Mentor at NeuroLeadership Institute since 2020, Lisa also holds roles at lisagaines.co and Interaction Consulting Group. Previously, Lisa acted as a Business Coach and Lead Trainer at Prime Practice, contributing significantly to the growth of dental practices in Australia and New Zealand. Lisa began a career in coaching in 2004 and has since held various positions, including Training & Development Coach at NeuroLeadership Institute and International Partner Manager at NextGen Gaming. Lisa holds an IATAA-UFTAA Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Ide College, Dublin, Ireland, and has completed education at Whitehall College and Loreto College in Dublin.
