Alexander Rakhlin has been working in the field of Machine Learning since 2007, when they began working as a self-employed researcher. In 2018, they joined Neuromation as a Senior Researcher. Prior to that, they worked for Uniastrum Bank (and affiliates) from 2002 to 2007, where they held the position of Deputy Chief for operations on international markets.

Alexander Rakhlin's education history includes a M.Sc. in Computer Science and Microelectronic Devices from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET) from 1988 to 1994. Alexander also studied Mathematics at the School of Mathematics at Lomonosov Moscow State University and Physics at the School of Physics at St.Petersburg State University.
