James Boden

James Boden has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. James began their career in the Army, serving in various roles with the Corps of Royal Engineers from 2006 to 2016. Following this, they worked as an HR Administrator at Mid Essex Hospital NHS Trust from 2016 to 2017, where they provided HR support and guidance. James then joined ISS Facility Services UK as an HR and Admin Co-ordinator from 2017 to 2018, where they supported the HR needs of a large corporate contract. In 2018, James became an HR Advisor at Temenos, where they provided HR guidance until 2020. James then worked at BIG ATOM as an HR Manager from 2020 to 2021, and later as a Senior HR Manager from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, James served as the Head of HR at Haslers. From 2023 to present, they have been working at PwC as a Workforce Transformation Consultant, advising clients on organizational transformation. Additionally, they are set to become the Global Director of People at Neuron in 2023.
