philippe TIGNOLET

Philippe TIGNOLET has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. philippe began their career in 1990 as a Chef de section exploitation et applications at Armée de l'air, where they were responsible for the management of software applications. philippe then moved on to become a responsable développement et exploitation logiciels, where they developed and maintained management software.

In 2000, Philippe joined OSCE as a Security Manager, where they worked on a project to create ID cards for the people of Kosovo. philippe managed an international team of 90 people and collaborated with workers from Kosovo and Serbia.

Returning to Armée de l'air in 2000, Philippe took on the role of Directeur de centre de formation, where they managed a team and oversaw training activities. philippe later became a Directeur de projets applicatifs et infrastructure, leading a team of 24 people across 5 projects for different clients and managing maintenance actions. Prior to that, they served as a Responsable AMOA, managing information systems for the organization.

In 2009, Philippe joined NEURONES as a Chef de projet et référent forfait IT, overseeing infrastructure projects for BNPPARIBAS Personal Finances. philippe managed a team and implemented project management procedures. In 2012, they became a Chef de projet infrastructure et sécurité, where they coordinated projects, managed risks, and reported on budgets and planning. philippe also served as a solution project manager, managing infrastructure projects for Societe Generale.

Throughout their work experience, Philippe has demonstrated skills in project management, team coordination, risk management, budgeting, and infrastructure management.

Philippe TIGNOLET completed their Master's degree in Mise en réseau de systèmes informatiques et télécommunications at faculte EVRY from 2006 to 2007.
