Sameer Karkhanis

Sameer Karkhanis is an accomplished leader in M&A integration and strategic programs, currently serving as the Leader of M&A Integration and Strategic Programs at PagerDuty since October 2022. With significant experience at VMware from September 2017 to October 2022 as an M&A Integration Leader, Sameer acted as a strategic advisor to executives, managed cross-functional teams, and developed integration frameworks and processes. Prior roles at Cisco included Integration Manager and Engineering Program Manager, where Sameer managed large-scale migrations and led the integration of enterprise content management systems. Sameer began their career at Zensar Technologies as a Programmer Analyst and Tech Lead. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master's degree in Project Management from The George Washington University, with additional studies at Stanford University.
