Justin McComber

Justin McComber, PHR, CIR, currently serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals since June 2022. Prior to this role, Justin was Director of Recruiting at Acadia Healthcare from February 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the nurse talent acquisition strategy and managing recruiting technology and marketing solutions. Justin began career as a corporate IT and clinical recruiter at Acadia Healthcare and previously worked in various roles including clinical recruiter at HCA Physician Services, compensation analyst at American Blue Ribbon Holdings, and enterprise risk analyst at Franklin American Mortgage Company. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Lee University, obtained in 2011.
