Oron Yacoby-Zeevi

Oron Yacoby-Zeevi is the current Chief Scientific Officer at NeuroSense Therapeutics. Oron has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and has previously served as VP R&D and Chief Scientific Officer at Neuroderm from January 2008 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the development of the company's pipeline portfolio and for all its scientific functions, including the management of basic and applied research projects and activities, as well as the invention and development of new processes, technologies and products.

Prior to their role at Neuroderm, Oron served as Chief Scientist & Head of the In-Vitro Unit at Envigo from January 2004 to December 2007. In this role, they were responsible for the scientific direction of the in vitro ADME/Tox group, as well as management of day-to-day operations.

Oron received their PhD in Pharmacology from Tel Aviv University.

Oron Yacoby-Zeevi has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, a DVM from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a B.Sc. Cum Laude from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
