Farouq Ghandour

Farouq Ghandour has a diverse work experience. Farouq is currently the Co-Founder and CEO at Neutral, a position they assumed in June 2022. Prior to that, from March 2021 to January 2022, Farouq worked as a Project Manager for Global Digital Health Solutions at Novartis. Farouq also co-founded a Stealth Startup in October 2020 and held the position until January 2022. Before that, Farouq worked as a Senior Associate and later as an Associate at Keystone Strategy from October 2019 to March 2021. Farouq co-founded and served as the CEO of Alectro, LLC from November 2016 to August 2019. Farouq's earlier roles include serving as a Tobin Research Assistant and a Herb Scarf Summer Research Assistant at Yale University from January to December 2018, as well as a Summer Fellow at Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale (Tsai CITY) during the same period.

Farouq Ghandour earned their Bachelor of Science degree with a distinction in economics from Yale University in 2018. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Philosophy degree in Economics at the University of Cambridge, with studies commencing in 2021.
