Raghu Raman has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Raghu began their career at Microland SQL Star in 1996, where they worked in services sales for four years. Raghu then joined IBM as a Sales Specialist for WebSphere and later moved on to Bahwan CyberTek as a Manager in Global Presales. In 2005, Raghu worked as an Account Manager at Borland Software before joining Microsoft Corporation as an Industry Solution Sales for BFSI. Raghu then joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Manager in Sales for BFSI. Raghu continued their career at IBM India Limited as a Solution Sales Manager for ICS Software Solution. Raghu then worked at TIBCO as a Country Sales Manager for Enterprise Collaboration Solutions and subsequently at Avaamo as a Country Sales Manager for the Tibco team spun off. Currently, Raghu holds the position of Head of Sales at Neutrinos since 2020.

Raghu Raman attended Delhi University from 1991 to 1994 and Apeejay School of Management from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they studied at Ramjas Public School from 1986 to 1991. In addition, they obtained certifications in Application Modernization for Enterprise Systems, High stakes Leadership - Leading in the Times of Crisis, and Enterprise Architecture in 2022 from various institutions such as Coursera.
