Rhea Arzadon

Rhea Arzadon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rhea currently works at Nevada HAND, Inc, where they started in 2018 and has held various roles. Their most recent role is Director of Strategic Initiatives, which they began in February 2022. Prior to this, they were a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager from February 2020 to February 2022, a Real Estate Development Project Coordinator from August 2019 to February 2020, and a Resource Development Associate from November 2018 to August 2019.

Before their time at Nevada HAND, Inc, Rhea worked at the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce as a Financial Analyst from September 2015 to November 2018. Rhea started their career at Robert Half as a Staffing Manager from June 2013 to August 2015.

Rhea Arzadon's education journey began in 2017 when they attended the College of Southern Nevada. Over the course of three years, from 2017 to 2020, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management. Building on their foundation, Rhea then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University. This program is expected to be completed between 2021 and 2023.
