James Gatling

James Gatling is a seasoned professional in the field of security and safety, currently serving as a Senior Safeguards and Security Specialist at Nevada National Security Site since November 2022. Prior to this role, James worked as a Physical Security Specialist for Performance Excellence INC, where responsibilities included contract work for the U.S. Department of Labor from July 2020 to October 2022. James's extensive experience also includes over a decade at the U.S. Department of State from April 2009 to July 2020, where James managed various aspects of security and emergency management for the Overseas Building Operations branch. James holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Elizabeth City State University, completed in 1999.
