Eric Lara

Eric Lara has a strong background in guest service and casino operations, currently serving as a Slot Guest Service Representative at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas since January 2023. Previously, Eric held the position of Casino Floor Supervisor at Resorts World Las Vegas, where responsibilities included establishing the casino slot department and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. Eric's career in the casino industry began at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, progressing through various roles including Assistant Slot Manager, Slot Supervisor, and Guest Service Representative, all focused on enhancing guest experiences. Earlier experience includes serving as a Slot Ambassador at Monte Carlo Resort & Casino. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, with an earlier Associate degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from the College of Southern Idaho.
