Jason Ming

Jason Ming serves as the Restaurant General Manager at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, overseeing Red Plate since November 2023. Previously, Jason held the same position at Wazuzu in Wynn Las Vegas from March 2019 to November 2023, and was the Assistant General Manager at Wing Lei, recognized with the Forbes Travel Guide 2019-2020 5-Star Award. Jason's experience includes leading Sage by Shawn McClain at ARIA Resort & Casino, which earned a 2018 Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Award, and managing Beijing Noodle No. 9 at Caesars Palace. Earlier roles include Assistant Restaurant Manager and Food and Beverage Server at ZINE Asian Cuisine within The Venetian I The Palazzo, as well as a food and beverage management internship with Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Jason's career commenced at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and includes intensive training at Kumi Japanese Restaurant and Bar. Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
