Payton Douglas has diverse experience in roles that span customer service, supervision, and program assistance. Currently serving as a Twilight Sorter at OnTrac since May 2019 and working in Probation and Parole for the Nevada Department of Public Safety since September 2019, Payton has developed skills in logistics and community service. Previous experience includes leadership positions as a Team Lead at Sparks Centennial Little League, Hostess at Brainyactz, and Shift Lead at Holey Schmidt Donuts, where responsibilities encompassed staff supervision and excellent customer interaction. As a Program Assistant at The Davidson Academy, Payton contributed to creating a safe and engaging environment for gifted students. Additionally, positions as a Seasonal Sales Associate at See's Candies and Promo Team Member for both Reno Aces Baseball Club and Reno 1868 FC enhanced Payton's customer service and event organization skills. Payton is currently pursuing a BA in Criminal Justice and Spanish Culture and Literature at the University of Nevada, Reno.
