Crystal Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and finance. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager at the Nevada System of Higher Education since January 2022, Crystal has previously held project management roles at The NAV | 365 People and IGT, among others. Crystal's finance expertise was developed through positions at Boyd Gaming and MGM Resorts International, where responsibilities evolved from Finance Projects Specialist to Manager - Finance Projects. Prior experience includes roles in accounting and manufacturing coordination, as well as teaching assistance at the University of California, Riverside. Crystal holds an MBA in Management from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Management from UNLV Lee Business School.
