Kristi Roberson

Kristi Roberson has a diverse work experience in risk management, insurance, and personnel roles. Kristi is currently working as the Assistant Director of Risk and Insurance Management for the Nevada System of Higher Education. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager, BCN Risk Management at the University of Nevada, Reno. Kristi has also worked at BCN Workers' Compensation/Absence Management at the same university, where they served as a Loss Control Coordinator and Personnel Analyst. Additionally, they have experience as a Personnel Technician at the same institution. Before joining the University of Nevada, Reno, Kristi worked as a Senior Lead Field Technician at Bostwick Laboratories, where they supervised and managed a team of phlebotomists and was responsible for various compliance, training, and operational tasks.

Kristi Roberson attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies. Prior to attending the university, they attended Truckee Meadows Community College in 2013 and 2014, though no degree or field of study information was provided for this period.
