Rekha Bhat Nayak

Rekha Bhat Nayak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical operations and research and development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Technical Operations at Nevakar Inc. since March 2019, Rekha oversees technology transfer, scale-up, and commercialization efforts. Prior roles include Director of Research and Development at Renaissance Lakewood, LLC, where Rekha managed pipeline strategies and project resources, as well as Director of Formulation Development at InnoPharma, Inc., where significant contributions included establishing an R&D department and achieving over 30 ANDA submissions. Additionally, Rekha gained valuable experience as an Associate Research Scientist at Baxter and as a Product and Process Development Analyst at Pfizer. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Industrial Pharmacy from St. John's University and M. Pharm degrees in Pharmaceutics from the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
