Michał Szmich

Micha Roon is an experienced leader in the field of technology and blockchain, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where support is provided for innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape by creating a dynamic and reliable development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where the focus was on technological advancements in decentralized finance and energy infrastructure. Micha has also served as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, an advisory board member for the IIB Council, and provided expertise as a blockchain advisor for multiple companies. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional coursework at prestigious institutions including MIT.
