Simon Massey

Simon Massey is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and creative communications. As the Founding Partner of Neverland Creative Ltd since May 2019, Simon collaborates with Jon Forsyth to create award-winning campaigns. Previously, Simon served as Global CEO of The Gild from September 2003 to May 2019, focusing on combining art and science to develop strong brands. Prior roles include Managing Director at Exposure Innovate, which Simon established in 2003, and Managing Director at nineyards, founded in 1996. Simon began a career in NPD and branding as a Marketing Consultant at the Brand Development Business from 1994 to 1996. Simon holds a 2:1 degree in Marketing & Design from Lancaster University, completed in 1992.
