Craig Butler has a diverse work experience in the customer support and technical sales field. Craig started their career in 2006 at Screen Subtitling Systems Ltd, where they worked as a Customer Care Engineer, providing technical support and maintaining customer relationships. Craig then advanced to the position of Systems Engineer, focusing on customer orders and technical support. After that, they worked as a Customer Support Engineer, with a greater emphasis on support and customer repairs. In 2016, they became the Technical Sales Manager, responsible for sales and technical support. In 2018, Craig joined Nevion, a Sony Group Company, as a Support Manager. Craig later took on the role of Director of Global Customer Support in December 2019.
Craig Butler attended the University of Essex from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a 2:2 degree in BSc (Hons) Computer Science. In 2011, they participated in a program called Introduction to HDTV at BBC Wood Norton. Additionally, in 2006, Craig also completed a program in TV Technology 1 at BBC Wood Norton.
