Kaye Lynch-Sparks

Kaye Lynch-Sparks currently serves as the Senior Director and Counsel for Innovation Policy at the American Bankers Association, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Kaye was the Director and Counsel at the National Automobile Dealers Association from November 2018 to March 2025. Kaye's experience also includes serving as a Regulatory and Policy Specialist at ICF from January 2017 to December 2018 and as an Associate at The Clark Group LLC from November 2013 to January 2016. Additionally, Kaye worked as a Legal Fellow in the U.S. House of Representatives for a brief period in early 2013. Kaye holds a Juris Doctor degree in International Law from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and has an academic background from Appalachian State University.
