Martin McGonagle has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Martin began their career in 1988 as a Commissioned Officer in the US Army, where they held various leadership roles. In 1994, they became an Account Manager at KLS Martin. Martin then joined GE Healthcare in 1997, where they held various roles until 2007, when they became Vice President and General Manager-Southwest. In 2005, they joined Smith & Nephew as V.P. Sales, Trauma. In 2011, they became Senior Vice President and then Vice President Sales at DebMed, a part of SC Johnson Professional. In 2018, they became General Manager, Healthcare at SC Johnson Professional. In 2020, they joined the Association for the Health Care Environment (AHE) as a Board Member, Industry Liaison. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Nevoa Inc., a privately held medical device company based in Gilbert, AZ. At Nevoa, they are focused on helping Environmental Professionals accomplish full disinfection despite staff shortages through the use of their flagship product, Nimbus, a robot that atomizes Nevoa's hospital-grade, EPA registered disinfectant into a dense fog in an unoccupied room.
Martin McGonagle's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Language from Arizona State University (1984-1988), an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2000-2002), and a Business Administration and Management, General degree from Harvard Business School (2017). Martin also studied French Language and Literature at Universite Catholique de Lille (1987) and Spanish Language and Literature at La Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1986). Finally, they attended GMHS.
